HRD Supervisor
Qualifications:
* Having minimum Bachelor Degree (S-1) majoring in Psychology or Management.
* Min. 2 years of experiences as HRD Supervisor in manufacturing industry.
* Knowledgeable of KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and Career Path.
* Having in-depth knowledge of Recruitment Process, Organizational Development, Training activity, Performance Appraisal, Compensation & Benefit, and HR Management.
* Able to maintain good work at any condition.
* Fully understand about Labor Law and Legislation.
General Requirement:
* Minimum GPA 2.80 (Scale 4.00).
* Male, 30 − 35 years old.
* Willing to work hard.
* Having good skill in analysis and communication.
* Good skills in computer.
* Fluent in English both spoken and written.
* Able to speak Japanese would be an advantage.
