Training and Recruitment Sales Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:
* 30 – 40 years ancient.
* Bachelor degree from any disciplines.
* At least 5 years proven experience in Training field, including 2 years in managerial position.
* Proven track record in multi level marketing / direct selling / insurance company would be an advantage
* Able to recruit sales associates or agent,
* Able to determine the training needs of sales departments, based on the Performance Appraisal and Job Competencies.
* Able to provide training materials adjusted with the needs of companies and work units.
* Able to evaluate the effectiveness of training conducted, and propose appropriate corrective action procedures and training results, for measuring the benefits of training and as a training needs analysis in the future.
* Superb interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability of fantastic leadership to work with all levels in national organization
* Achievement orientation, innovative, initiative, concern for details, excellent knowledge of learning and educational concepts and committed with excellent work ethics.
* Keen interest in childrens’ education program
* Fluent in english
* Willing to travel extensively.
